I have been working in the fitness, dance and nutrition industry for twenty years. Qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Exercise to Music Teacher with the YMCA and Premier Training, I went on to train as a Dance Teacher with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, teaching Tap, Modern and Jazz dance to both adults and children and establishing my own dance company.
I am qualified to instruct across a wide variety of disciplines and also work with a broad range of age groups and capabilities. My experience ranges from young children to senior citizens. I have worked in a falls prevention unit in the National Health Service in the UK and am qualified to teach people with or recovering from cancer.
I am passionate about the quality of what I do and each fitness session and programme is individually tailored according to the needs, capabilities and aspirations of my clients.
