Bootcamp, Pilates & Strength Training
I run a variety of classes from my studio in Ewhurst, including Bootcamps, Pilates and Strength Training.
As well as bodyweight, I use a variety of equipment including TRX, kettlebells, ropes and tyres to ensure that the classes are varied, challenging and fun.
My clients say they come as much for the social side as for the fitness and whatever the weather we always have a good time.
During the Corona Virus pandemic I am offering an enhanced range of online classes and sessions including Bootcamp, Just Jhoom! and Mindfulness sessions.
