Working both online and from my personal studio in Ewhurst Surrey, I work with a number of clients on an individual basis to develop and deliver bespoke training programmes. Sessions are based on setting achievable goals which may be training for a specific event, strength training, weight loss or general health.
I am experienced in building confidence in clients who require rehabilitation following illness or injury, helping them to realise the positive benefits of strength and movement.
Every client receives a consultation prior to me designing their programme so that I can help them to set and achieve their goals, no matter where they are on their personal fitness journey.
My tailored programmes include practical advice and guidance on how to make exercise and good nutrition a positive part of your life.
Clients vary tremendously in age, ability and location. I work with individuals on an international basis and also deliver Corporate Well being Programmes.
