Fitness for Seniors
Having worked in a Falls Unit in the NHS, various nursing homes and having several older clients (the oldest to date being 94) I am experienced in delivering both 1-1 training and small group classes to older people.
This helps them to stay strong, ensuring that their functional movement is as good as it can be and keeping them healthier and happier for longer.
I also help older people to recover after injury and help them to avoid future injuries.
