Online Training

As well as providing face to face personal training I offer a range of professional online fitness services.


These include 1-1 training sessions, providing advice and guidance to clients about nutrition, exercise and injury management and designing individual programmes for clients to do at home.

During the Corona Virus pandemic I will be offering an enhanced range of online classes and sessions in conjunction with a number of other instructors, to make sure you there is something available each day of the week

Available classes include:

Bootcamp: HIIT and strength full body work out 

Senior Bootcamp: Strength, mobility and posture for seniors 

Yoga Fitness: A combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates 

Dance: Zumba, Jungle Body, Dance Fit and Just  Jhoom!

PIYO: Combines muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with strength and flexibility benefits of Yoga

Pilates: A low impact class that concentrates on core strength and stability

Pick and Mix: A dynamic class that changes each week - requests welcome

Cardio Step: 45 minutes step, leg strength and all round toning

Free Family Friendly HIIT and Functional Fitness: All round fitness suitable for all ages

Barre: Hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga, dance and strength

Throughout the week there are also Mindfulness which help to decrease stress and increase focus
